Ken has drafted the procurement guidelines for several Commonwealth agencies and has a detailed understanding of the policy context in which procurement takes place. He has developed and implemented many large-scale panel provider arrangements (including provider panels for services in legal, recruitment, fit-out, training and related human resource specialities). He has provided probity advice to projects, small and large, with annual expenditures of up $100 million.
Mark manages our internal systems and processes for all aspects of procurement. These include project management and scheduling tools, job planning, tracking and reporting, procurement tools, methodologies and templates. He has extensive experience in dealing with both the public and private sectors across a broad range of industries. Central to much of Mark's recent work has been the process of managing workplace change, enterprise bargaining, employment contracts, industrial disputes, professional development and performance management.
Jeanette has extensive senior executive experience in Government specialising in policy development and implementation. She has excellent analytical and team management skills and an understanding of strategic purchasing issues.
Mark has technical and senior executive level experience in Information Technology for Federal Government agencies. He is able to provide a critical understanding for all ICT procurements to help ensure that requirements match needs. He brings a strategic view of ICT to the procurement process. He has been the Chief Information Officer for a medium size agency.
Olivia has worked in Government Deaprtments and Agencies for over nine years at the executive and senior level and has wide-ranging experience in the procurement field. Her expertise spans the planning proces, preparation of request for tender documents, supplier briefings, tender evaluation and contract negotiaitons, contract and performance management, and strategic planning.
Mike has expertise in developing requests for Tenders and Tender Evaluation, Tender Responses (including Developing & Managing Bids), Strategic Planning and Evaluaiton, Corporate Governance, Public-Private Sector Interaction, Competitive Tendering and Contracting, Public Sector Information Technology, and Procurement Policies and Programs.
Di has extensive senior executive experience in Government encompassing system implementation and management, accounting, process reform and re-engineering, and contract management. She plans strategically and delivers strong operational results.
Roy is a qualified architect and he has extensive experience designing, documenting, & managing building contracts. He has worked on a variety of projects including many private residential, government housing and commercial contracts.
